Every fee published, by country and by registration line, for 29 countries: the 27 EU member states, Norway and the UK. EPR registration from £185 per country per year, with annual reporting included and the authorised representative arranged where the law requires one. No monthly billing. Government, scheme and recycling fees are passed through at cost.

The legal representative that sellers based outside the EU must name on their products before selling there, under the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). The UK has its own product rules; Eldris covers the UK as an additional market. Certificate and label address issued the same day.

Who it is for: Any brand outside the EU or UK selling physical products on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy or TikTok Shop in Europe.

£195 per market, one-off, then from £19.95 a month. This is separate from EPR registration and is not included in the prices below.

How our pricing works

One payment a year

One payment a year per registration line, per country. Each registration runs for 12 months from the date that country is registered and renews at the same price, charged to the payment method you authorise when you order. Cancel at any time; it takes effect at the end of the current 12 months (Terms, 5.2 and 6.2). No monthly fees.

Norway sells packaging on its own; WEEE and Battery are only available inside the all-in bundle (WEEE + Battery + Packaging).
Poland WEEE requires a Poland packaging registration first.
Spain packaging adds a one-off NIF unless you already hold a Spanish NIF/VAT.
France adds stream-specific lines (textiles, toys, furniture, sports & leisure, DIY & garden tools) where they apply; Germany adds a single-use plastics (SUP / EWKF) line where it applies.

Annual reporting included

Every registration price above already includes all annual declarations and reporting for the year, including nil returns — there is no separate reporting fee. The only reporting cost outside the price is in Lithuania, where third-party reporting fees are passed through at cost, as listed on its lines above.

The prices and average times to register in this page's tables and worked examples are read from the price list Eldris's checkout uses when the page is built, so they cannot drift from what you are charged. Line prices and average times last changed on 3 September 2026; annual reporting has been included in every price since 18 September 2026. The times are the price list's averages, counted from receipt of your documents and signed power of attorney; they are not guarantees.
Quotes. Priced EPR quotes created in the Eldris quote tool, table epr_projects, counted on 26 September 2026. Every priced quote the quote tool created, including repeat quotes from the same business. The table has no test flag, so a few internal test quotes may be included: read the count as an upper bound. August is 1 to 31 August 2026, UTC.
Streams. Registration streams chosen in the Eldris client portal, table epr_project_countries, rows created from 4 August 2026 to 22 September 2026. One row per country registration set up in the client portal, paid or not yet paid; one registration can carry several streams. How much does EPR registration cost?

Eldris EPR pricing is one payment a year, charged per country and per registration line — there is no monthly billing. For example, Germany WEEE is £600, German packaging (LUCID) is £185, and German battery EPR is £355. In the EU the lowest single registration is £185 (Germany packaging). In the UK, WEEE registration is £150. Each line states what the price includes and which scheme or authority fees are billed separately at cost.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Eldris EPR registration is a one-off annual fee per country and per line. There is no monthly billing and no long-term lock-in.

Are there extra fees beyond the published price?

Each price covers the registration with the national authority and compliance scheme, the authorised representative where one is required (for Portugal packaging the representative's fee is passed through at cost), and all annual declarations and reporting for the year, including nil returns. Third-party fees are not part of the price: scheme memberships, authority fees, and recycling and eco-contributions above any allowance included in the line. They are listed against each line and passed through at cost, never marked up — we invoice them when the scheme or authority bills them, and they are the same whichever provider you use. The one exception is Ireland's Repak membership, which is collected with the registration at checkout.

Do prices change in year two?

No. Each registration is one payment a year: it runs for 12 months from the date that country is registered and renews at the same price, year after year — there is no separate renewal tariff and no first-year discount that disappears later. You authorise the renewal charge to your payment method when you order; you can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current 12 months (Terms, sections 5.2 and 6.2).

Can I register multiple streams or countries?

Yes. Combine Packaging, WEEE and Battery per country. Some markets bundle automatically (Italy combines WEEE + Battery; Norway sells packaging on its own and puts WEEE and Battery inside a single all-in bundle), Poland requires a packaging registration before WEEE, and Spain adds a one-off NIF if you do not already hold one.
