What do I need to start?
To get a price: the countries you sell in and your product types. After payment: your company registration document and a signed power of attorney. Some countries need more; Spain, for example, needs a sworn Spanish translation of your incorporation document.
How long does registration take?
Average registration time runs from 1 week (Germany packaging) to 9–17 weeks (Greece). The clock starts when we have your documents and signed power of attorney. Spain packaging takes 4–5 months without a Spanish tax number (NIF). Each line on the pricing page shows its own average.
Do you act as the authorised representative?
Yes. For sellers based outside a country, Eldris provides the authorised representative for EPR wherever the law requires one, in the 29 countries we cover. It is included in the registration price.
