EU Market Access

WEEE Registration Service

Full EPR compliance across WEEE, Battery & Packaging

WEEE registration is the mandatory process of registering as a producer of electrical and electronic equipment with national authorities in each EU country where you sell. Without it, marketplaces like Amazon will suppress your listings. Eldris handles the full registration — from authorised representative appointment through to delivery of your official WEEE producer number — in Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, and Poland. Annual one-off, from £190 per EU country (Germany £600).

Risks of Non-Compliance

  • 01 Listing suppression (e.g., Amazon DE/FR)
  • 02 Customs seizure of goods
  • 03 Financial penalties up to €100,000

Three EPR Streams
One Service

Every aspect of WEEE, battery and packaging EPR, managed in one place: from the authorised representative, where the law requires one, to the annual declarations and reporting.

The Eldris Technical Standard

"Your official WEEE & LUCID registration numbers are what authorities and marketplaces verify before allowing sales."

01

WEEE Registration (Directive 2012/19/EU)

Full registration with national authorities (like Stiftung EAR in Germany or ADEME-approved bodies in France). We secure your official producer registration number required for marketplace access.

02

Battery EPR (Regulation 2023/1542)

Separate producer registration for portable, industrial, or Li-ion batteries. We handle category declarations, volume estimations, and system contracts.

03

Packaging EPR

Registration with packaging registers (like LUCID) for the materials used to ship your products. Includes dual system operator contracts and volume declarations.

04

Authorised Representative

Sellers with no establishment in Germany need an authorised representative there before registering (ElektroG Section 8). It is included in your Germany WEEE price, and we arrange it.

05

Ongoing Reporting & Maintenance

Quarterly, semi-annual, or annual volume reports filed on your behalf. Automated deadline tracking ensures you never miss a submission or face penalties.
