One charge per registration line, per country. No monthly fees and no rolling lock-in. Renew once a year.

Pay only for the streams you need — Packaging, WEEE and/or Battery — in each market you sell in.
Government fees at cost
Authority, scheme (PRO) and recycling fees are passed through at cost — never marked up — and itemised on your invoice.

Bundles & dependencies
- Italy automatically bundles WEEE + Battery — cheaper than buying them separately.
- Norway is sold as a single all-in bundle (WEEE + Battery + Packaging).
- Poland WEEE requires a Poland packaging registration first.
- Spain packaging adds a one-off NIF unless you already hold a Spanish NIF/VAT.
- France adds stream-specific lines (textiles, toys, furniture, sports & leisure) where they apply.

When we quote bespoke
A handful of situations fall outside the standard published model and need a quick manual quote:
- Volume above included KG/tonnage thresholds (material overflow)
- UK packaging (pEPR) large producer — above £1m turnover AND 25 tonnes
- Switzerland (VVEA regime — non-EU, outside this model)
- Existing AR / PRO contract takeover (e.g. transferring an active LUCID)
- Multi-brand Germany WEEE beyond standard additional-brand pricing
- Heavy/oversize Category 4 WEEE exceeding the German 10-tonne quantity guarantee
Example scenarios
Mains electronics — Germany only
WEEE £790 + packaging £240 = £1,030 year one, one-off. From year two: £975 (packaging renews lower). No monthly fees.
Electronics — Germany + France + Italy
WEEE + packaging in all three markets = £3,475 year one, one-off. Each market is priced on its own lines.
Battery-powered electronics — Germany
WEEE £790 + battery £385 + packaging £240 = £1,415 year one. From year two: £1,295.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does EPR registration cost?
Eldris EPR pricing is annual and one-off, charged per country and per registration line — there is no monthly billing. For example, Germany WEEE is £790, German packaging (LUCID) is £240 (£185 from year two), and German battery EPR is £385. Smaller EU markets start from £200 per registration. Government and recycling fees are passed through at cost.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Eldris EPR registration is a one-off annual fee per country and per line. There is no monthly billing and no long-term lock-in.
Are there extra fees beyond the published price?
Each price covers the registration and, where required, the authorised-representative work for that line. Government, compliance-scheme (PRO) and recycling / eco-contribution fees are passed through at cost with no Eldris margin, itemised separately on your invoice.
Do prices change in year two?
Most lines are the same every year. Where it costs less to maintain a registration than to create it, year-two pricing is lower — for example German packaging drops from £240 to £185 and German battery from £385 to £320.
Can I register multiple streams or countries?
Yes. Combine Packaging, WEEE and Battery per country. Some markets bundle automatically (Italy combines WEEE + Battery; Norway is sold as a single all-in bundle), Poland requires a packaging registration before WEEE, and Spain adds a one-off NIF if you do not already hold one.
How are EUR and USD prices shown?
GBP is our base currency. On our EU and US sites the same figure is shown in EUR or USD at 1.5× the GBP price.
