país y por línea de registro, sin facturación mensual. El RAEE en
España cuesta 745 €, los envases españoles (RAP)
595 € y la RAP de pilas y baterías 745 €. Los
mercados más pequeños de la UE empiezan desde 225 € por
registro. Las tasas de las autoridades, de los sistemas colectivos y
de reciclaje se repercuten al coste real.

Paquetes y dependencias
- Italia agrupa automáticamente RAEE + Pilas — más barato que por separado.
- Noruega vende el registro de envases por separado; el RAEE y las pilas solo están disponibles dentro del paquete completo (RAEE + Pilas + Envases).
- Polonia: el RAEE exige primero un registro RAP de envases polaco.
- España: el registro de envases añade un NIF de pago único, salvo que ya disponga de un NIF / número de IVA español.
- Francia añade líneas por flujo (Textiles, Juguetes, Muebles, Deporte y Ocio, Bricolaje y jardín) cuando corresponde; Alemania añade una línea de plásticos de un solo uso (SUP / EWKF) cuando corresponde.
Declaraciones anuales incluidas
Cada precio de registro indicado arriba ya incluye todas las declaraciones e informes anuales del año, incluidas las declaraciones a cero — no hay ninguna tarifa aparte por los informes. El único coste de declaración fuera del precio se da en Lituania, donde las tasas de terceros por los informes se repercuten a precio de coste, tal como figura en sus líneas de arriba.
Cuándo elaboramos un presupuesto a medida
Algunas situaciones poco frecuentes quedan fuera del modelo estándar publicado y requieren un breve presupuesto manual:
- Volúmenes por encima de los umbrales en kg/toneladas incluidos (exceso de material)
- Gran productor de envases en el Reino Unido (pEPR) — más de 1 M GBP de facturación Y 25 toneladas
- Suiza (régimen VVEA — fuera de la UE, ajeno a este modelo)
- Asunción de un contrato RAP/representante autorizado existente (p. ej. transferencia de un LUCID activo)
- RAEE multimarca en Alemania más allá de la tarifa estándar por marca adicional
- Garantía de insolvencia RAEE en Alemania — su coste varía según la categoría de aparato y se presupuesta una vez confirmada
- RAP de textiles en Hungría o Países Bajos — precio bajo petición
- Suiza RAEE o pilas — bajo petición; el registro de envases no es obligatorio en Suiza
Ejemplos de escenarios
Electrónica con enchufe — solo España
RAEE 745 € + Envases 595 € + NIF español 595 € (pago único) = 1.930 € en total. El NIF no se vuelve a pagar en años posteriores; el RAEE y los envases se facturan cada año al mismo precio. Sin tarifas mensuales.
Electrónica — España + Alemania + Italia
RAEE + Envases en los tres mercados, más el NIF español de pago único, = 5.355 € en total. Cada mercado se factura según sus propias líneas.
Electrónica con pilas — España
RAEE 745 € + Pilas 745 € + Envases 595 € + NIF español 595 € (pago único) = 2.670 € en total. El NIF no se vuelve a pagar en años posteriores.

¿Cuánto cuesta el registro RAP?
Las tarifas RAP de Eldris son una tarifa anual única, calculada por país y por línea de registro — sin facturación mensual. Por ejemplo, el RAEE en España cuesta 745 €, el registro RAP de envases español 595 € y la RAP de pilas y baterías 745 €. Los mercados más pequeños de la UE empiezan desde 225 € por registro. Las tasas de las autoridades y de reciclaje se repercuten al coste real.
¿Hay tarifas mensuales?
No. El registro RAP de Eldris es una tarifa anual única por país y por línea. No hay facturación mensual ni compromisos de larga duración.
¿Hay costes adicionales más allá del precio publicado?
Cada precio cubre el registro ante la autoridad nacional y el sistema colectivo (SCRAP), el representante autorizado cuando es necesario, y todas las declaraciones e informes anuales del año, incluidas las declaraciones a cero. Las tasas de terceros no forman parte del precio: cuotas de los sistemas colectivos, tasas de las autoridades y contribuciones de reciclaje y ecológicas por encima de lo incluido en la línea. Se indican en cada línea y se repercuten al coste real, sin ningún margen — se las facturamos cuando el sistema colectivo o la autoridad las factura, y son las mismas sea cual sea el proveedor que elija. La única excepción es la cuota de Repak en Irlanda, que se cobra junto con el registro al pagar.
¿Cambian los precios el segundo año?
No. Cada registro es un pago anual único: dura 12 meses desde la fecha en que se registra ese país y se renueva al mismo precio, año tras año — no hay una tarifa de renovación distinta ni un descuento del primer año que desaparezca después.
¿Puedo registrar varios flujos o países?
Sí. Combine envases, RAEE y pilas por país. Algunos mercados se agrupan automáticamente (Italia une RAEE + Pilas; Noruega vende los envases por separado y agrupa el RAEE y las pilas solo dentro de un único paquete completo), Polonia exige primero un registro de envases antes del RAEE, y España añade un NIF de pago único si aún no dispone de uno.
