WEEE EPR in Slovenia is mandatory under the Environmental Protection Act (ZVO-2) and the decrees on WEEE, batteries and packaging, supervised by the Slovenian Environment Agency (ARSO). Producers placing electrical equipment, batteries or packaged goods on the Slovenian market must enter the ARSO producer register and join an authorised joint scheme.
